wire fence may be built from a public walk.
Gee. 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person to
maintain, build, construct or establish or cause to be rnaintaine4
built, constructed or established a barb wire fence within two
feet of any public thoroughfare, used as a public walk for foot
passengers, adjacent thereto.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and af-
ter five (5) days from the date of its publication.
Passed by the Town Council this 10th day of :Tune, 1913,
and eigned by me in authentication of its passage, in open session,
this 10th day of June, A.D., 1913.
