RESOLUTION NO. 190
A RESOLUTION •PURSUANT TO RCW 35.33. ].20 TRANSFERRING FUNDS
BETWEEN TEE GENERAL CLASSES OF THE 1966 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the classification of maintenance and
operation in the 1964. Tukwila budget requires $12,667.05
as set forth by Superintendent Frank Zepp in his letter of
July 26, 1966 to Mayor Strander; and
WHEREAS, fund.; are available in maintenance and
operation, Section 55 (Pu3'1ic Building Repair) in the amount
of $1,755.47 and this transfer can be accomplished within
the classification pursuant to the previous regulations
of the Tukwila C:Lty Council; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in capital outlay in
an amount of $3,790.71 in Item 73, (Park Improvement) and
in an amount of $8,000.00 in Item 76 (Other Structures and
Improvements) and these funds must be transferred by City
Council Resolution pursuant to RCW 35.33.120; and
WHEREAS, two of the increased requirements of
maintenance and operation are Water Department requirements
in the total amount of $3,600.00, and the funds in capital
and outlay are not water funds, this phase of the transfer
will require an ordinance providing for an inter departmental
loan between the City of Tukwila General Fund and the Water
Works Utility.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved,
That the sum of $10,912.58 is hereby transferred
from capital outlay Items 73 and 76 to maintenance and operation
and the City Attorney is hereby directed and authorized to
prepare an ordinance for $3,600.00 of said funds as an
inter departmental loan between the General Fund and the
Water Utility.

this 15th day of August, 1966.
