WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila and Puget Western,
Inc. have negotiated for an extension of the Sanitary
Sewage Stabilization Pond Lease and have agreed on terms
for said Lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved,
That the Mayor of the City of Tukwila is hereby
authorized to execute that Lease dated the ltth day of
August, 1966, to Puget Western, Inc. and the City of
Tukwila, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked
for identification as Exhibit A.
