WHEREAS, The City of Tukwila and Puget Western Inc. have entered into a
Developers Agreement whereby Puget Western Inc. will construct
Andover Park West in accordance wiU said agreement and
WHEREAS, Right of Way for said construction is necessary through property
owned by Seattle City Light,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RF, OLVED
The city attorney is authorized and directed to con'Gact Seattle
City Light to negotiate and secure the necessary ea:>ements and
ri.gnts of way for said construction together with a request for
a right of entry pending final receipt of the easemv;nts and right
of way.
