a Washington corporation, does hereby certify that the following is a full, true and correct copy of a
resolution duly and regularly adopted at a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the company, duly called
and held in the manner ;provided in the by -laws of the company on the 6th day of

RESOLVED: That the PEOPLES NATIONAL BANK OF WASHINGTON in Seattle,e, Washing-
ton be and is hereby designated as a depositary for the funds of this corporation, and that a bank account
shall be opened and kept with the said PEOPLES NATIONAL BANK OF WASHINGTON in Seattle, in
the name of this corporation.
RESOLVED FURTHER: That the said PEOPLES NATIONAL BANK OF WASHINGTON in Seattle,
be and it Is hereby authorized to honor and pay checks drawn in the name of this corporation and signed by
any of the following officers

whether said checks be made payable to the corporation, to cash, to such officer or officers individually,
or others, and whether such checks or the proceeds thereof are used for company purposes or by any
officer or officers individually, or otherwise, and without regard to any notation or memorandum made
upon such checks.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said bank be and the same is authorized to cash or pay to
such officer or officers all checks payable to this corporation either as payee or endorsee upon the en-
dorsement of said officer or officers made in their official capacity or individually, or both.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That there shall be no obligation on the part of said bank to see
to the application of funds in any case whatsoever, and that a true copy of this resolution be certified
and delivered to said bank on the opening of said account.
