ORDINANCE No. 30
REPEALED BY ORD 33
An Ordinance puoviding for Bonds and fixing the salaries
of Officers of the Town of Tukwila.
Be it Ordained by the Council of the Town of Tukwila:
Sec. 1. That Section three (3) of Ordinance No. Twenty
(20) be, and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. The Town Marshal shall execute a bond to the Town
of Tukwila in the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), con.

ditioned for the faithful performance of his duties. He shall
receive as as compen sation,for his services, as such Marshal, the
sum of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per year, payable monthly.
Sec. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after
days
five (5)/from the date of its publication.
Passed the Town Council and signed by me in authentication
of its passage, this 10th day of October, A. D. 1911.
