RESOLUTION NO 213
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM TOTEM
PONTIAC, INC. TO THE CITY OF TUKWILA.
WHEREAS, Totem Pontiac, Inc. has deeded to the City of
Tukwila by Quit Claim deed certain real property in the County of
King, State of Washington described as follows:
That portion of Stephen Foster Donation Land Claim No. 38
in the Northeast quarter of Section 15 Township 23 North,
Range 4 East, W.M., described as .follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of 48th
Avenue S,, granted by the City of Seattle to the State of
Washington as provided by Ordinance No 93708 of the City
of Seattle and recorded under Aud:itorts File No. 6313596,
records of said county, with the northeasterly margin of
the City of Seattle Transmission Line Right of Way
(formerly Puget Sound Electric Railway Right of Way);
thence N. 49 24 00" W., along said northeasterly margin
22.50 feet; thence N. 40 36 00" E,, parallel to said
48th Avenue S., 150.00 feet; thence S. 49 24 00" E.0
parallel to said Seattle Transmission Line Right of Way
30.50 feet; thence S. 40 36t 00" W., 150.00 feet to said
northeasterly margin of the Seattle Transmission Line
Right of Way; thence N. 49 24* 00" W., along said
northeasterly margin, 8.00 feet to the point of beginning,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Tukwila
hereby accept the Quit Claim Deed,
ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Tukwila this
day of September, 1968.
