WHEREAS, Paul Jonientz and Lorraine Jonientz have deeded to the
City of Tukwila by Warranty Deed certain real property in the County of King,
State of Washington as described in said deed recorded at the King County
Auditors Office under Recording No 6405581 Volume No, 5142 Page 250 -1, and
WHEREAS, Paul Jonientz and Lorraine Jonientz have granted to the
City of Tukwila a Slope Easement described in said easement recorded at the
King County Auditors Office under Recording No,6 0 '8; Volume No.
Page 252 —i, and
WHEREAS, Paul Jonientz and Lorraine Jonientz have entered into an
agreement with the City of Tukwila relating to street vacation as described
in said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Tukwila hereby
accepts said Warranty Deed, said Easement and Agreement.
ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Tukwila this 16th
day of September, 1968,
