A RESOLUTION of the City Council, City of
Tukwila, Washington, notifying all persons
who may desire to object to the assessment
role levying the special assessments against
the property in Local Improvement District
No. 14, to appear and present their objections
at a meeting of the City Council to be held on

WHEREAS, the assessment role levying the special
assessments against the property in Local Improvement District
No. 14, City of Tukwila, created under Ordinance No. 505, was
filed with City Clerk of the City of Tukwila as required by law,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Tukwila, Washington, as follows:
That all persons who may desire to object or protest
to the said assessment role are hereby notified to appear and
present such objections or protests at a meeting of the City
Council to be held in the Council chambers in the City Hall,
Tukwila, Washington, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. (Pacific Standard Time)
on 85 /q /eci which
time and place are hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating
to the said role, and all objections thereto.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City
Council, City of Tukwila, Washington, at a regular meeting thereof
this c7, day of ,e- 1969.
