WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the
Connecticut General Life Insurance Company to vacate a
portion of 57th Avenue South and Tukwila Parkway, and
WHEREAS, there are no other owners of property
abutting on said area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Tukwila that May 19, 1969 is set as the date
upon which said petition shall be heard and determined by the
City Council of the City of Tukwila. Said hearing shall be
held at the Tukwila City Hall, 14475 59th Avenue South at
8:00 P.M.
Washington this 21st day of April, 1969.
