WHEREAS, the City Council desires to consider
the vacation to M. A. Segale of a certain portion of Musiel
Road (South 178th), and
WHEREAS, there are no other owners of property
abutting on said area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council
of the City of Tukwila that May 19, 1969 is set as the date
upon which said petition shall be heard and determined by
the City Council of the City of Tukwila. Said hearing shall
be held at the Tukwila City Hall, 14475 59th Avenue South
at 8:00 P. M.
ADOPTED by the City Council, City of Tukwila, Washington
this 21st day of April, 1969.
