NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila, Washington as follows: A variance of sign height restrictions under Ordinance 251 is hereby granted to construct a sign of an overall height of 90 feet from ground elevation as requested in the petition filed November 14, 1969 by Texaco, Inc. on the following described property: IN THE COUNTY OF KING, STATE OF WASHINGTON: That portion of Stephen Foster Donation Land Claim No. 38 in the Northeast quarter of Section 15, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.
