REPEALED BY 569
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE SPEED AND MOVEMENT OF RAILROAD TRAINS
WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA.
Be it Ordained by the Countil of the Town of Tukwila:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person in authority having
control of the running or drawing of any car, or train of cars, by
any steam engine, electric engine or electric motor car, or the con-
trol or running of any steam engine, electric engine or electric mote
car alone within the limits of the Town of Tukwila, to allow or per-
mit the same to go or move at a greater rate of speed than Twelve
(12) miles per hour within the limits of said Town of Tukwila; and
anyone found guilty of any violation of this section of this Ordi-
nance shall be fined in any sum not exceeding One Hundred Dollars
0100.00), or imprisonment in the Town jail not exceeding Thirty
,30) days, or both.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any person in authority having
control of the running or drawing of any car or train of cars, or any
steam engine, electric engine or electric motor car,or the control
or running of any steam engine, electric engine, or electric motor
car alone, within the limits of the Town of Tukwila, to allow or
permit the same to be parsed by another steam engine, electric
engine, or electric motor car, at any regular stop -ping place, or
within One Hundred (100) feet, in either direction of such regular
stopping place, and anyone found guilty of the violation of this sec-
tion of this Ordinance shall be fined in any sum not exceedthg One
Hundred Dollars (0100.00) or imprisonment in the Town Jail not
exceeding Thirty (30) days, or both.
Section 3. Ordinance No. 19 of the Town of Tukwila, entitled an
"Ordinance relating to Iegulating the Speed and Movement of Rail
toad Trains within the limits of the Town of Tukwila ehall be
and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after Five
(5) days from the date of its publication.
Passed by the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila this 11 day of
July, A. D. 1911, and signed by me in authentication of its passage.
