RESOLUTION NO. 239
WHEREAS the Northern Pacific Railway Company has
entered into agreement with the City of Tukwila concerning the
construction of a sanitary sewer extension to service Northern
Pacific Railway Company property outside the City of Tukwila,
WHEREAS the City has agreed to furnish sanitary sewer
service to said Northern Pacific Railway Company property and
to accept and maintain certain sanitary sewer facilities as set
forth in said agreement
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Tukwila as follows:
The City Council of the City of Tukwila does accept said
agreement signed by N. M. Lorentzsen and Floyd A. Deming for the
Northern Pacific Railway Company on September 29, 1969.
Be it further resolved this acceptance shall be considered
as effective as of September 29, 1969.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Tukwila
this 15th day of December, 1969.
