BE IT RESOLVED:
The Mayor of the City of Tukwila is authorized to
execute Mutual Aid Pacts and Agreements with other Municipal
bodies to prevent and combat the effects of disasters which may
result from such calamities as flood, fire, earthquake, pestilence,
war, sabotage, and riot, and any pacts previously executed are
hereby ratified by the City Council of the City of Tukwila.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, this 6th day of April, 1970.
