executed an assignment and bill of sale a copy of which is
attached hereto, marked exhibit A and incorporated herein by
reference and
WHEREAS,, it is in the best interest of the City of
Tukwila to accept said assignment and bill of sale
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and
the City Clerk are authorized to accept said assignment and
bill of sale and the same is hereby declared to be accepted.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington this 20th day of April, 1970.
