RECITALS:
1. This is a Street Vacation pursuant to RCW 35.79.
2. The City Council of the City of Tukwila deems it appro-
priate to have a hearing on the vacation of a portion of 57th South
within the City of Tukwila.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
Section 1. This is a Resolution pursuant to Chapter
35.79 and specifically 35.79.010 to commence the procedures for
vacation of a portion of 57th South within the City of Tukwila.
Section 2. Proceedings for the vacation of a portion
of 57th South as described on Exhibit A, shall commence and pro-
ceed in the manner prescribed by RCW 35.79.
Section 3. Notice of the pendency of this Resolution
and proposed street vacation shall be given as prescribed by
RCW 35.79.
Section 4. The hearing on this Resolution is set for
the /a day of /(�Leflt /xX 1970, at 8:00 P.M., in the Tukwila
City Hall, Tukwila, Washington.
