WHEREAS, The City of Tukwila has previously agreed
upon certain terms and conditions to a sewer connection to prop-
erty being developed for Levitz Furniture Corporation, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineers have inspected said
construction and found that it meets the standards and speci-
fications of the City of Tukwila,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the City of Tukwila accepts that sewer line
as shown on the Bill of Sale and accepts the Assignment of Ease-
ments, marked Exhibits 1 -6, and
That the City of Tukwila in accepting this sewer line
agrees to accept the responsibility of maintenance and operation
of the sewer line.

appointed City Clerk of the City of Tukwila, Washington,
hereby certify that the Resolution hereto attached is a full,
true and correct copy of Resolution No. of the City of
Tukwila, Washington, entitled as follows:
"A RESOLUTION accepting an easement, Bill
of Sale, sewer line and assuming mainten-
ance and operation of said sewer line."
That said Resolution was passed by the Council
of said City on the day of October, 1970.
