of Housing and Urban Development, Water Improvement Project, Con-
tract 1 -70, WS and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City designate an official
to execute the documents in connection with said project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the Mayor of the City of Tukwila is authorized and
designated as the City Official to execute any and all documents on
behalf of the City of Tukwila, relative to the Department of Housing
and Urban Development, Water Improvement Project, Contract 1 -70,
WS- WASH -74 including any and all application forms relative to said
project and any other forms reasonably required for securing funds
and /or other items pursuant to said Water Improvement Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, this
2nd day of November, 1970.
