SPONSOR'S Council is being asked to approve the contract with Puget Sound Access for televising
SUMMARY Council meetings. There are initial one -time installation costs of $59,270.00 that include
the video capture system hardware and Council lighting and audio upgrades. After
installation the annual cost of operations is $24,727.00 which has been included in the IT
department's 2013 -2014 Biennial Budget.
