RESOLUTION NO. 256
A RESOLUTION appointing and authorizing the
Mayor of the City of Tukwila as the designated
City Official to execute all grant applications
and documents necessary for the State and Fed-
eral Aid Programs.
WHEREAS, The City of Tukwila is from time to time
engaged in Grant -In -Aid Applications to the State and Federal
Government; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City designate an
official to execute applications and necessary documents thereto,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the Mayor of the City of Tukwila is appointed and
authorized as the designated official to execute applications and
necessary documents thereto on behalf of the City of Tukwila for
Grant -In -Aid Applications to the State and Federal Government.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
this 2nd day of. November, 1970.
