Irwin.. is to make restitution to Valley Regional Planning Commission in the
amount of $5,934.64 payable at a minimum of $60.00 per month and
WFIEREAS,the City of Kent is agreeable to acting as trustee of
said funds and requests authority to make annual distributions to avoid uneccessary
clerical and bookkeeping changes
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1, That the City of Tukwila authorizes and appoints the
City of Kent as the trustee of said restitution funds.
Section 2, That the pro rata share of said funds be reimbursed
to Tukwila on an annual basis.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA on the 16th
day of February, 1971.
