WHEREAS, Sea -Tac Properties, Inc., has executed a Bill of
Sale for certain sewer and water facilities within the City of
Tukwila, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Tukwila to accept the Bill of Sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
That the Bill of Sale, a copy of which is attached
hereto consisting of two pages and a legal description set forth
as Schedule A, all of which are incorporated herein by reference,
be and the same are hereby accepted by the City of Tukwila.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
this 19th day of April, 1971.

A RESOLUTION accepting a Bill of Sale
for Sewer and Water Facilities from
Sea -Tac Properties, Inc.
WASHINGTON
MAYOR
SEA -TAC PROPERTIES, INC., a corporation, for good and
valuable consideration, does hereby, pursuant to an agreement,
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the City of Tukwila,
Washington, a municipal corporation, organized and existing under
the laws of the State of Washington, the following described per-
sonal property, located at:
to wit: All sewer and water utilities located within the above
legally described tract, including all pipes, meters, and all
facilities relating thereto, the same being at Tukwila in Kings
County, Washington.
