A Resolution accepting a Statutory
0 Warranty Deed and Bill of Sale from
Pan American Financial Co.
WHEREAS, on the 20th day of June, 1969, Pan American
Financial Co., executed an Agreement with the City of Tukwila,
wherein Pan American Financial agreed to dedicate right of way
to the City of Tukwila and further agreed to dedicate the sani-
tary sewer system in that right of way, and
WHEREAS, Pan American Financial has tendered a Deed and
Bill of Sale to accomplish those sections of the Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Statutory Warranty
Deed (Exhibit A) and Bill of Sale (Exhibit B) are accepted by the
City of Tukwila.

the party of the first part, for good consideration and value
received from the city of TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, the party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
these presents grant, bargain, sell and deliver unto the said party
of the second part, the following described property now located
within that parcel of land shown in exhibit "A" in the city of
Tukwila, County of King and State of Washington, to -wit:
all the sanitary sewer system located in the public right -of --way.
