WHEREAS, Arland G. Radford was re- appointed to the Tukwila
City Council in January 1970 to serve an unexpired term of office, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Radford has honorably served the City of Tukwila
during this term of office as well as during his previous fifteen years
of service, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Radford has given selflessly of his time and
effort as a Councilman of the City of Tukwila, working diligently on
the committees to which he was appointed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Tukwila
That Arland G. Radford be commended for his outstanding contribution
to the good government of the City of Tukwila during his years of public
service. He has served the City well and we, the members of the Tukwila
City Council, appreciate his faithful service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution signed
by the Mayor and all the members of the Council be presented to Councilman
Radford as a memento of his contribution to the growth and progress of
the City of Tukwila.
ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 1972.
