RESOLUTION NO. 282
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to have a traffic
study performed on city streets, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to initiate the proposed
development of Southcenter Boulevard, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila does not have an Engineering
Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Tukwila
That the engineering firm of Stevens, Thompson and Runyon,
Inc., 700 Plaza 600, Seattle, Washington be designated as the
Consulting Engineer for the City of Tukwila to prepare a traffic
study of city streets for submission to the proper state
agencies for matching funds and to initiate the proposed develop-
ment of Southcenter Boulevard under the appropriate funding agency.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila this
6th day of March, 1972.
