grant and convey to the City of Tukwila, a Municipal Corporation, an easement over and across,
upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress and for the purpose of
laying, maintaining, and installing sidewalks and landscaping
said land being described as:

boundary line of said Northwest Quarter intersects
the Westerly boundary line of Seattle- Tacoma
Interurban Railway Right -of -way; thence North
