HomeMy WebLinkAbout2012-11-21 - Application - Segale Properties SubdivisionSegale Properties, LLC has submitted a preliminary subdivision application to the City of Tukwila to create over 48 lots and tracts within the Tukwila South area of the City of Tukwila (see map on reverse side). The applications that have been submitted include the preliminary subdivision application, special permission from the Director to install utilities through a wetland (SATS), and a SEPA application for the utility installation. The applications will be reviewed for consistency with the Clty's Municipal Code, and State Law. Additionally, the project area is subject to the terms of a development agreement that was entered into between the City of Tukwila and Segale Properties, LLC. Note: The SEPA application only includes the work associated with the work within the wetland. The subdivision appears consistent with the development that was reviewed as part of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) originally issued for the Tukwila South Project. To review the previously issued EIS please contact the Department of Community Development as indicated below. Projects and Permits applied for include: PL12 -026 L12 -027 (Preliminary Approval) L12 -028 (Special Permission) E12 -008 (SEPA Review) Other known required permits include Studies required with the applications include: Final Subdivision Application Public Works Permit Technical Informational Memorandum for intrusion in wetland. PUBLIC HEARING The preliminary subdivision application requires a public hearing before the City's Hearing Examiner. A hearing date will be scheduled in the future and you will receive a separate notice informing you of the time and location of the public hearing. FILES AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC REVIEW The application is available for review at the City of Tukwila, Department of Community Development (CCD), located at 6300 Southcenter Blvd 8100. OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT Your written comments on the project are requested. They must be delivered to DCD at 6300 Southcenter Blvd, Suite 100, Tukwila, WA 98188. Comments must be received by November 21, 2012 at 5pm. Comments can also be emailed to Brandon.Miles @Tukwilawa.gov. APPEALS You may request a copy of any decision, information on hearings, and your appeal rights by calling DCD at (206) 431 -3670. A decision on the preliminary subdivision application can only be appealed to Superior Court. The decision on the special permission application can be appealed to the Hearing Examiner.
