RESOLUTION NO 295
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM CONTINGENT FUND'
TO CURRENT FUND TO PAY BALANCE DUE PUBLIC
EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM AS OF
DECEMBER 31, 1971.
WIIEREAS, there exists an unfunded liability in the amount
of $9,472.12 due the Public Employees' Retirement System as of
December 31, 1971, and
WHEREAS, money sufficient to meet this liability is in the
contingency fund account,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila,
pursuant to RCW 35.33.147, resolve as follows:
1. That there be transferred from the contingency fund
established by the 1972 budget of the City of Tukwila, page 23,
Account No.
601.580.00.00 RESERVE
the sum of $9,472.12, unto current expense fund 1972 budget,
page 6, Account No.
RETIREMENT PERS.
2. That the money paid into Account No. 001. -0-20- 510.00.13(1)
be used to pay the balance due Public Employees' Retirement System
as of December 31, 1971, in the amount of $9,472.12.
PASSED BY TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, and approved by the mayor at a regular meeting thereof
this 5th day of June, 1972.
