RESOLUTION NO 304
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR
GRANT TO FUND 100% OF THE COST OF THE
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT FOR ANDOVER PARK
WEST FROM STRANDER BOULEVARD TO 180TH ST.
A
WHEREAS, funds will be required for the proposed
right of way improvement of Andover Park West extending from
Strander Boulevard to 180th Street,
NOW, TI-IEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1, That Mayor Frank Todd be and he is hereby
authorized to execute and file an application on behalf of the
City of Tukwila with the State of Washington, Department of
Commerce and Economic Development, or other appropriate agency,
for a grant in a sum sufficient to pay 100 of the costs of right
of way improvement of Andover Park West from Strander Boulevard to
180th Street, and to give assurance of compliance with state and
departmental regulations when required.
2. That Frank Todd, mayor, be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to furnish such information and to execute
such documents as the State of Washington, Department of Commerce
and Economic Development, or other appropriate agency may reasonably
request in connection with the application which is herein author-
ized to be filed.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, and approved by the mayor at a regular meeting thereof
this 17th day of July, 1972.
