Ordinance 20 was amended or repealed by the
following ordinances.

ORDINAN TT M03ER 20. E X P I R LED
AN ORDINANCE Providing for Bonds and fixing the salaries of
the Officers of the Town of Tukwila..
BE IT ORDAINED By the Council of the Town of Tukvrila:
Section 1. That the.Town Clerk shall.execute a bond to the.
Town of Tukwila in the sum of Five Hundred Dolla: rs '($500.) condi-
tioned for the faithful performance of his duties. He shall receive
as full compensation for all his services as such Clerk, a salary of
Sixty Dollars ($60.) annually, payable.monthly,.and said Clerk shall
also receive for registration of voters, i;f less than one hundred
legal voters,.the sum of Ten Dollars.($10.) and,10�,for each addi-
tional voter exceeding.,ohp hundred.`
Section 2. The Town Treasurer shall execute a bond to the
Town of Tukwila in the sure of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.) condi-
tioned for the faithful performance of his duties. He shall receive
as such Treasurer a.salary in the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.) annually,
payable quarterly.
Section 3. The Town Marshal shall. execute a bond to the
Town of Tukwila fn the sum of Two Hundred Dollars. ($1200.) condi-
tioned for the faithful performance of his duties. He shall receive
as compensation for his services as such Marshal the sum of Fi*e
Dollars ($5.) annually, payable semi- annually.
Section 4. That section one (1), section two (2) and section
three (3) of Ordinance No. 14, entitled An Ordinance Relating to the
Duties and Compensation of the Town:Officers of the Town of Tukwila
be and the same hereby are repealed.
Section 5... This Ordinance take effect from and after five
(5) days from the date of its publication.
Passed the Town Council this 11th day of January, A.D.1910.
