RESOLUTION NO 312
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE
LEGAL DEPARTMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL COURT
DEPARTMENT, AND ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL
COURT BUDGET THEREWITH.
WIIERIsAS, there is an excess of funds in the legal department
and there is a need for funds in the Municipal Court Department,
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington resolve as follows:
That transfer of funds be made
