RESOLUTION NO 313
CITY OF
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING BENJAMIN F. McADOO
COMPANY AS ARCHITECT FOR THE PROPOSED CITY
HALL.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
That Benjamin F. McAdoo Company be employed as Architect
for the proposed Tukwila City Hall in accordance with the following
provisions:
That the Architect be authorized to continue with the "Space
Needs Study" for a City Hall.
That he be paid $7200.00 for this work.
That the above payment of $7200.00 will apply to the standard
AIA fee which the City will pay to the Architect if the project is
funded.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR this
18th day of September, 1972.
