RESOLUTION NO. 314
CITY OF
A Resolution Authorizing the City Treasurer
to Invest Funds from the Bond Reserve Fund
in Redemption of City of Tukwila L. I. D.
13 and 15 Bonds.
TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Treasurer be and she is hereby authorized and
directed to transfer from the Bond Reserve Fund as a loan,to bear
interest at the rate of 6% per annum, the sum of $17,500.00,
to be used for redemption of City of Tukwila L. I. D. 13 and 15
Bonds.
Such loan shall be repaid not later than October 2, 1973.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR this
18th day of September, 1972.
