RESOLUTION NO. 321
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO NEGOTIATE AN AGREEMENT FOR DATA
PROCESSING SERVICES WITH THE CITY OF RENTON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
resolve as follows;
Section 1, That Frank Todd, Mayor, and Shirley Kinney,
City Clerk, be and they are hereby authorized to negotiate terms
for an agreement with the City of Renton to provide data processing
services for the City of Tukwila.
Section 2. Such agreement shall specify the services
to be rendered by the City of Renton and the charges to be paid
for such services by the City of Tukwila.
Section 3. The tentative agreement thus arrived at
shall be presented to the City Council of the City of Tukwila
for approval or rejection by appropriate action of the City
Council.
PASSED BY TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA and
approved by the Mayor this 20th day of November 1972
