RESOLUTION No 325
CITY OF TUKWILA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF A COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AND THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY
OF KING, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, The Housing Authority of the County of
King, Washington, proposed to construct an office building
within the city limits of the City of Tukwila, Washington,
and;
WHEREAS, notice of a hearing held on November,
20, 1972, was posted in three public places as required
by RCW 35.83.030 (10) and a public hearing was held on
said date; and
WHEREAS, the City Council voted to enter into
a Cooperation Agreement with the Housing Authority of the
County of King to construct and own an office building in
the City of Tukwila, Washington, and the Mayor of the City
of Tukwila thereupon immediately signed and executed said
Cooperation Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR
AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF T[KWILA, WASHINGTON,
as follows;
Section 1. The Cooperation Agreement between the
City of Tukwila and the Housing Authority of the County of
King, Washington, dated and signed Decx.mbefs 45 1972, a copy
of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated
herein by reference, is hereby ratified and confirmed in
all respects.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately,, and need not be laid over or published or
posted, pursuant to Section 35.83.060 of the Revised Code
of Washington.
