WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 326
RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE INTENT OF THE CITY
COUNCIL TO FINANCE, BY ISSUANCE OF COUNCIL
MATIC BONDS AND /OR IN -HOUSE FUNDING, THE COST
OF ACQUIRING A SITE FOR AND CONSTRUCTING A
FIRE STATION AND FOR PURCHASE OF FIRE
FIGHTING EQUIPMENT AS NEEDED.
WHEREAS, There is need for a fire station
which will require the
acquisition of a site, construction of a building, and purchase
of fire fighting equipment, and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City Council to pay
the cost of said facility by the issuance of councilmatic bonds,
and or in -house funding,
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, resolve as follows:
That it is the intention of the City Council that the
City of Tukwila do issue councilmatic bonds and /or in -house
funding to pay the cost of acquiring a site for a fire station
a suitable building for a fire station and to purchase fire
fighting equipment:.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, and approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting
thereof on the 18th day of December, 1972.
