RESOLUTION NO. 327
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING SEATTLE -FIRST NATIONAL
BANK AS TIIE LENDING INSTITUTION FOR INTERIM
FINANCING ON L.I.D. 19.
The City Council of the City of Tukwila, Washington,
resolve as follows:
That Seattle -First National Bank be and it is hereby
designated as the :Lending agency for interim financing on
L.I.D. 19, from which the City shall be authorized to borrow
for interim financing the maximum sum of $131,000.00, at an
interest rate of 4% per annum.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Tukwila,
to. and approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting
thereof this 15th day of January, 1973.
