RESOLUTION NO. 328

RESOLUTION DESIGNATING HILL, INGMAN, CHASE
CO. AS ENGINEERS ON TIIE ANDOVER PARK WEST
SEWER PROJECT.
WIIEREAS The City Council of the City of Tukwila, Washington,
finds that a full time city engineer is unnecessary and therefore
in accordance with RCW 35.24.020, the city is authorized in lieu
of such appointment by resolution to provide for the performance
of necessary engineering services on a part -time, temporary or
periodic basis, and
WIIEREAS It is necessary that the city secure engineering
services in connection with the Andover Park West sewer project
extending from Strander Boulevard to Mintier Boulevard, which is
funded under Environmental Protection Agency Project No. 384, and
WHEREAS IIill, Ingman, Chase Co. is a qualified engin-
eering firm,
NOW, THEREFORE, TIIE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, resolve as follows:
That the firm of Hill, Ingman, Chase Co. be designated
as project engineers for E.P.A. Funded Project No. 384 to provide
sewers for Andover Park West from Strander Boulevard to Minkler
Boulevard within the City of Tukwila, and pursuant to this
designation the City of Tukwila and the firm of Hill, In.gman,
Chase Co. may enter into a contract to provide such engineering
services.
