AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2390
RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE, SALE AND DELIVERY OF NOT
TO EXCEED $1,100,000 AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT
OF LIMITED TAX GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS TO
PROVIDE FUNDS NECESSARY TO UNDERTAKE CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE POOL AND RELATED FACILITIES
OWNED BY THE TUKWILA METROPOLITAN PARK DISTRICT;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND ESTABLISHING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2390 on December 3, 2012,
providing for the issuance, sale and delivery of not to exceed $1,100,000 aggregate
principal amount of limited tax general obligation bonds to provide funds necessary to
undertake certain improvements to the pool and related facilities owned by the Tukwila
Metropolitan Park District; and
WHEREAS, after the ordinance was passed a scrivener's error was discovered in
Section 9, subparagraph A, "Optional Redemption," where the word "not" was included
in error; and
WHEREAS, the text in Section 9, subparagraph A, "Optional Redemption," should
be revised to read "The Bonds shall be subject to optional redemption as provided in
Section 4.G. "; and
WHEREAS, the City Council needs to repeal Ordinance No. 2390 in order to
correct this error;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Repealer. Ordinance No. 2390 is hereby repealed in its entirety.

Section 2. Corrections by City Clerk or Code Reviser. Upon approval of the
City Attorney, the City Clerk and the code reviser are authorized to make necessary
corrections to this ordinance, including the correction of clerical errors; references to
other local, state or federal laws, codes, rules, or regulations; or ordinance numbering
and section /subsection numbering.
Section 3. Severability. If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or
phrase of this ordinance or its application to any person or situation should be held to be
invalid or unconstitutional for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, such
invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of the
remaining portions of this ordinance or its application to any other person or situation.
Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance or a summary thereof shall be published
in the official newspaper of the City, and shall take effect and be in full force five days
after passage and publication as provided by law.

On December 10, 2012 the City Council of the City of Tukwila, Washington, adopted the
following ordinances, the main points of which are summarized by title as follows:
Ordinance 2391: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS
AUTHORIZED PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 18.86 OF THE TUKWILA MUNICIPAL
CODE; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE PROPOSED TUKWILA VILLAGE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH TUKWILA VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT
ASSOCIATES, LLC, A WASHINGTON LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, RELATING TO CONTRACTING INDEBTEDNESS;
PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE, SALE AND DELIVERY OF NOT TO EXCEED
$1,100,000 AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF LIMITED TAX GENERAL
OBLIGATION BONDS TO PROVIDE FUNDS NECESSARY TO UNDERTAKE
CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS TO THE POOL AND RELATED FACILITIES OWNED
BY THE TUKWILA METROPOLITAN PARK DISTRICT, AND TO PAY THE COSTS
OF ISSUANCE AND SALE OF THE BONDS; FIXING OR SETTING PARAMETERS
WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN TERMS AND COVENANTS OF THE BONDS;
APPOINTING THE CITY'S DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE TO APPROVE THE
FINAL TERMS OF THE SALE OF THE BONDS; AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER
RELATED MATTERS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND ESTABLISHING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
