RESOLUTION NO. 330
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE
CITY OF TUKWILA TO EXECUTE REQUISITIONS
FOR PAYMENT UNDER HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR L.I.D. No. 18
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That Frank Todd, Mayor, be and he is hereby authorized
to execute requisitions for payment from the Department of
Housing and Urban Development, Contract No. WSF- WA -10 -19 -1053,
in connection with financing of Local Improvement District
No. 18.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL And approved by the Mayor
this 5th day of February, 1973.
