RESOLUTION NO. 332
RESOLUTION AUTIIORIZING EMPLOYMENT OF APPRAISER
TO DETERMINE TIIE VALUE OF PROPOSED FIRE STATION
SITE,
WHEREAS The City of Tukwila is in need of a fire station
on Andover Park East on land referred to as the S. C. Johnson
property, and it is necessary that a value be established for
said property,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That Frank Todd, Mayor, be and he is hereby authorized
to employ ]3ellaine and Holliday as appraisers to determine the
value of the S. C. Johnson property for use as a fire station
site.
PASSED BY TIIE CITY COUNCIL And approved by the Mayor
this 20th day of February, 1973.
