NO. 8, OWNED BY LOS ANGELES SEATTLE MOTOR EXPRESS, INC., AND NOW I-IELD BY JAMES A. AND MARILYN V. SJOLUND, KING COUNTY AND T.I.M.E. D.C., INC. in WIIEREAS, Certain property No. 8, which had been specially assessed for local improvements at a time when it was owned by Los Angeles- Seattle Motor Express, Inc., has now been transferred to James A. and Marilyn V. Sjolund, King County and T.I.M.E. D.C., Inc., and WIIEREAS, Under the provisions of RCW 35.44.410 the City Council has the power to order a segregation of the assessment, and WIIEREAS, The property was originally assessed on May 1, 1969, in the amount of $8,228.67, and WIIEREAS, The property has been divided by sale and an L.I.D. Segregation Certificate has been prepared by Bland P. Carter, professional engineer, a copy of which is attached hereto and in- corporated herein by reference, and WIIEREAS, Said L.I.D. Segregation Certificate contains the original description on page 1 thereof and contains a legal descrip- tion of property sold to James A. and Marilyn V. Sjolund on pages 1 and 2, which indicates that this portion of the property is to be assessed in the amount of $1,214.63; that contained on pages 3 to 6 is the legal description of property transferred to King County, which indicates that it is to be assessed in the amount of $186.32, and property owned by T.I.M.E. D.C., Inc., the legal description of which is set forth on pages 7 through 10 of said L.I.D. Segre- gation Certificate is to be assessed at $6,827.72, NOW, TIIEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUJKWILA, WASIIINGTON, RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: That the City Treasurer of the City of Tukwila be and she is hereby directed to make the segregation contained in the L.I.D. Segregation Certificate consisting of ten pages, prepared by Bland P. Carter, dated January 11, 1973, said segregation to be entered upon the original assessment roll.
