KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that for and in consideration of the sum of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned Grantor, Cheng En Wang and Rong -Feng Li, husband and wife, do
by these presents hereby convey, setover, assign, transfer and warrant to the City of Tukwila, a
Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, the following described storm drainage improvements
situated in King County, Washington:
One (1) each Type II — 48" Catch Basin.
Total construction cost was in the amount of $3,000.00.
As shown on the approved plans under Public Works permit no. PW 10 -037 and as part of the Rong -Feng
Li — 2 Lot Short Plat development.
Improvements are located within public right -of -way and adjacent to 4066 S. 128th Street.
To have and to hold the same for the said Grantee, it's successors and assigns forever.
The undersigned hereby covenants that they are the lawful owners of said property; that the
same is free from all encumbrances; that all bills for labor and material have been paid; that they have the
right to sell the same as aforesaid; that they will warrant and defend the same against the claims and

demands of all persons and will pay any costs, including reasonable attorney fees incurred by Grantee,
arising out of any such claim or demand.
The Bill of Sale is given in consideration of the agreement of the Grantee, for itself, its
Successors and assigns to incorporate said storm drainage improvements and to maintain them as
provided for in applicable City Ordinances.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said individuals have caused this instrument to be executed
this 2 l 9day of March, 2012.
