RESOLUTION NO. 341
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF
A SITE FOR FIRE STATION IN ANDOVER
INDUSTRIAL PARK.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA RESOLVE AS
That the City Attorney be and he is hereby directed to
take whatever steps are necessary for the City of Tukwila to
acquire a fire station site on the Fast side of Andover Park East
approximately 600 feet South of Industry Drive upon property
legally described as follows:
Tract 8, Andover Industrial Park No. 5, as
recorded in Vol. 83 of Plats, pp. 22 and 23,
Records of King County, Washington.
That said acquisition may be by purchase or by court
proceedings under the eminent domain statute.
