and developments in or near the environmentally sensitive area or buffers present on this
property. For further information regarding limitations, please contact the City of Tukwila
Department of Community Development or its successor agency. This Notice shall run with the
land and shall not be removed except upon specific written authorization by the City of Tukwila
or its successor agency. Any subsequent subdivision, short plat, lot line adjustment or other
division of this property may affect the presence of the environmentally sensitive areas or their
buffers on individual lots.
