The Grantor, TL INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC, a Washington State limited
liability company, the owner of the property described in Exhibit A ( "Grantor's Property ")
conveys and dedicates to the City of Tukwila, a municipal corporation of King County,
Washington, certain improvements, located on Grantor's Property, as described herein and
depicted on the Exhibit B attached and incorporated herein by this reference, (collectively,
the "Improvements "):
97 LINEAR FEETof 18 -inch Storm Pipe (New RCP), 120 LINEAR FEET of 18 -inch
Storm Pipe (New LCPE), 60 LINEAR FEET of 18 -inch Storm Pipe (existing CP), one
(1) Trash Rack, two (2) Type IL catch basins w /solid locking lid (new), one (1) Type II —
48" catch basin w /vaned grate (new), one (1) Type IL catch basin w /vaned grate and oil
water separator with fine mesh screen.
TOTAL CONSTRUCTION COSTS: 546( E 65
This Deed of Conveyance applies solely to the above described Improvements and
is not a conveyance of any portion of the Grantor's Property.
