RESOLUTION NO. 347
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE STATE OF WASHINGTON
OFFICE OF THE STATE AUDITOR, DIVISION OF
MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS, TO RETAIN AN AUDITOR
FOR THE AUDIT OF H.U.D. FUNDS EXPENDED IN
L.I.D. ',VO. 18.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the City of Tukwila be and it is hereby authorized
to enter into an agreement with the State of Washington, Office
of the State Auditor, Division of Municipal Corporations, to
retain an auditor to audit the expenditures of H.U.D. funds on
L.I.D. 18, said account being H.U.D. ##WS- WA- -10 -19 -1053, and
the Mayor of the City of Tukwila is hereby authorized to execute
on behalf of the City of Tukwila such agreement, with the costs
of said audit to be charged against L.I.D. 18.
PASSED BY TIIE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR
