RESOLUTION NO. 350
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER
TO SIGN CHECKS DRAWN ON ACCOUNT
NO. 307- 00232 -9 OF PEOPLES NATIONAL BANK
OF WASHINGTON, TUKWILA BRANCH, TO EXPEND
H.U.D. GRANT FUNDS FOR L.I.D. 18 COSTS
WHEREAS, H.U.D. funds for aid in the construction of
L.I.D. 18 will be deposited in Peoples National Bank of Washington,
Tukwila Branch, Account No. 307- 00232 -9, and in order to withdraw
these funds for the payment of L.I.D. 18 expenses, it is necessary
that an officer of the City of Tukwila be authorized to sign
checks drawn on said account,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That Mabel J. Harris, City Treasurer, he and she is
hereby authorized to sign checks drawn on Account No. 307 00232 -9
Peoples National Bank of Washington, Tukwila Branch, in payment
of expenses incurred in connection with L.S.D. 18 improvements.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL and approved by the Mayor
at a regular meeting thereof this 4th day of June, 1973.
