RESOLUTION NO. 351
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
ATTORNEY TO NEGOTIATE WITH OFFICIALS OF THE
SOUTH CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR A LEASE
BY TIIE CITY OF THE CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS.
TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That Frank Todd, Mayor, and Wayne R. Parker, City
Attorney, be and they are hereby authorized to negotiate with
officials of the South Central School District regarding a
lease by the City of the Central Elementary School buildings
and grounds, with any such agreement thereby arrived at to be
submitted to the City Council to be approved by majority vote
thereof before it becomes binding upon the City of Tukwila.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL and approved by the Mayor
at a regular meeting thereof on the 4th day of June, 1973.
